THE PROCESS

INQUIRE FOR AVAILABILITY
Submit an inquiry with the date and location so I can let you know my availability! I take a limited number of weddings per year so I would recommend inquiring as soon as possible.

DISCUSS DETAILS AND BOOK
We will talk and discuss your vision for the painting & which package is perfect for you! Once you're ready to book, a contract and invoice will be provided to get your date booked. A 25% deposit is required to secure your date.
03.
LET'S TALK VISION
Close to the event date, we will plan a time to talk via phone or video call to confirm vision for the painting and logistics of the day! There is so much to consider when planning your painting and I'll walk you through everything you should think of to ensure this portion of the event is as seamless as possible.
04.
WEDDING DAY
The day is finally here! I will arrive early to begin laying out the background & will continue to paint through the night as you and your guests get to watch the painting come to life.

Post-wedding portraits are a beautiful way to capture the magic of your special day on canvas — whether I’m already booked for your wedding date or your celebration has already passed.
Simply send me your favorite photo (or a few, if you’d like help choosing!), and together we’ll bring your day to life on canvas.
Each guest portrait takes around 5-10 minutes to paint. I can paint around 6 couples per hour. Any remaining photos not painted by the end of the hours purchased will be completed and sent to the client the next business day.
Available by the hour, this interactive entertainment adds a personal touch to any gathering. There is a 2-hour minimum for all bookings. If you have an inquiry for live guest portrait, please contact me and I am more than happy to send a PDF with more information on this service!
