Your guests will be able to watch live as your heirloom piece is being painted in real-time-creating a unique and fun experience for your guests and a keepsake you’ll get to treasure for years to come.

THE PROCESS

INQUIRE FOR AVAILABILITY
Submit an inquiry with the date and location so I can let you know my availability! I take a limited number of weddings per year so I would recommend inquiring as soon as possible.

DISCUSS DETAILS AND BOOK
We will talk and discuss your vision for the painting & which package is perfect for you! Once you're ready to book, a contract and invoice will be provided to get your date booked. A 25% deposit is required to secure your date.

LET'S TALK VISION
Close to the event date, we will plan a time to talk via phone or video call to confirm vision for the painting and logistics of the day! There is so much to consider when planning your painting and I'll walk you through everything you should think of to ensure this portion of the event is as seamless as possible.
04.
WEDDING DAY
The day is finally here! I will arrive early to begin laying out the background & will continue to paint through the night as you and your guests get to watch the painting come to life.

Post-wedding portraits are a beautiful way to capture the magic of your special day on canvas — whether I’m already booked for your wedding date or your celebration has already passed.
Simply send me your favorite photo (or a few, if you’d like help choosing!), and together we’ll bring your day to life on canvas.
Each guest portrait takes around 5-10 minutes to paint. I can paint around 6 couples per hour. Any remaining photos not painted by the end of the hours purchased will be completed and sent to the client the next business day.
Available by the hour, this interactive entertainment adds a personal touch to any gathering. There is a 2-hour minimum for all bookings. If you have an inquiry for live guest portrait, please contact me and I am more than happy to send a PDF with more information on this service!

After your wedding, I take your painting back to my studio to refine and complete the final details. This ensures your painting is finished to a high standard before delivery. Your completed painting is then carefully packaged and shipped or delivered within 6-8 weeks.

I work closely with you before your wedding to plan the composition of your painting. Most couples choose a moment from their ceremony or with a view from their venue. I use reference photos and real-time details from throughout the day to ensure the final piece reflects your vision!

Most couples book 6-12 months in advance to secure their wedding date, especially during peak wedding seasons. I take a limited number of wedding each year so I recommend inquiring as soon as you have your date and venue secured.

Yes! Before your wedding, we will plan the composition together, including any meaningful details you’d like captured. Depending on the painting size and style, I can incorporate elements such as your venue, florals, pets, or select guests.
